Second, we offer Training Services. The first step towards Learning-First Product Development is to select one or two teams to learn Set-Based Thinking™. Based on that, you'll gain a clear picture of how much your company will benefit from widespread training on Set-Based Development. After some time of practicing Set-Based Thinking™, your teams will build up enough concrete, reusable knowledge about their products, customers, and technologies, that they will be able to move to the next step, Targeted Convergence™.

Third, we offer Software Solutions. Although its not required by what you learn from our Training Services, most discover that there are some software tools that could be of great benefit. We have a suite of tools designed to enable Set-Based Thinking™; and an additional suite of tools designed to enable Targeted Convergence™.
