Our goal is not to capture every bit of profit we can from our customers by doing everything ourselves; rather, our goal is to focus on what we do best. For the other things that our customers need, rather than developing it in-house, we have partnered with others who are best in their fields to deliver those services or products.

To implement a Learning-First Product Development process, you must introduce Set-Based Thinking™. We provide the training and software that enable that.

In addition, there are changes necessary to your existing Discrete Product Development software and processes. For these, rather than re-implementing all that, we are working with the vendors of your existing discrete product development tools (CAD, CAM, CAE, PLM, PPM, etc.), to get the necessary changes implemented. We plan to establish partnerships with all of the major vendors for the development of solutions that leverage the best of our tools and theirs into cohesive solutions, thereby delivering the ideal solution for each of our customers.

Just having tools that support Learning-First Product Development is not good enough; you need to be able to leverage the right tools in the right way. For consulting on how to apply the various CAE tools to your particular problem, we are partnering with various regionally- and industry-focused companies to deliver that consulting. For example, EAC Design and Engineering Methods, Inc. each provide such services in the US.

For customers whose knowledge processes involve their suppliers, there is often need for inter-organization negotiations to agree on approach. When those negotiations expand to multiple companies, there is often need for industry consortia to develop approaches that work for all. To manage such consortia, we have partnered with the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences (NCMS); and, in particular, with NCMS' Lean Product Development Initiative (LPDI).

NCMS' Educational Services (ES) serves as our training services partner. For organizations that need help training large numbers of people, NCMS ES has the necessary training skills and are experts in our solutions.

Our software is built on the excellent infrastructure provided by Microsoft, including the .NET Framework, the Microsoft Office System, and SQL Server. We are a Microsoft Certified Partner.
